We are currently offering the following programs:

Group Personal Training

Group Personal Training is an indoor/outdoor proven weight loss program for women. The program meets 3 days a week for 45 minutes for 4 weeks. The camaraderie and motivation of other women combined with a compassionate and challenging trainer make it easy to reach your fitness goals. The program consists of cardio, strength training with the focus on toning legs, arms, butt, hips, and stomach.
